MMB Coaching, LLC was created out of a passion to help couples, men, and women build healthy habits that strengthen marriages, relationships, and honor God. Along with marriage coaching, Roger provides Men’s Life Coaching for men who want to grow personally, relationally, and spiritually. Jenny coaches women on becoming the woman God designed her to be.
One of Roger’s passions is helping younger men recognize that sometimes “you don’t know what you don’t know.” Without strong mentors, healthy examples, or someone willing to ask the right questions, men can make decisions that have long-term consequences for their relationships, careers, future marriages, and families. Through Men’s Life Coaching, Roger comes alongside men to help them gain clarity, take responsibility, develop healthy habits, and make wise decisions about the direction of their lives.
Roger and Jenny Luttrell have been married since 1993 and are the parents of four adult children who are all married and serving. As Roger often says, “We haven’t done marriage perfectly, but we have done it definitely…by God’s grace.” That belief has become the foundation of their ministry and their desire to help couples build healthy habits for a stronger marriage.
Roger spent 34 years in the public sector, including positions with the PGA Tour and Johnson & Johnson Medical. Most recently, he served at Liberty University and Thomas Road Baptist Church, where he and Jenny served as Married Life Directors for five years and Roger served on staff as the Married Life Pastor for two years.
Roger holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling and is a PGA Member, Certified PGA Coach, Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator, and licensed pastor. Roger and Jenny are also initiated participants with The Crucible Project and now serve as volunteer staff for retreat weekends (thecrucibleproject.org).
Jenny homeschooled their four children, who are now married and serving God in different parts of the United States. Earlier in her career, she worked in advertising with organizations such as Ackerman McQueen Advertising, Six Flags Theme Parks, and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. She later served for 14 years on staff at New City Church in Charlotte as the Children’s Worship Supervisor.
Jenny is completing the clinical hours for her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and is also receiving training through the Gottman Institute. She currently serves as Director of Accreditation, State & National, at Liberty University’s School of Nursing.
As Married Life Directors at one of the largest churches in the country, Roger and Jenny helped hundreds of couples develop healthier patterns and strengthen their marriages.
Today, that experience has grown into a broader mission:
Helping couples build stronger marriages. Helping men build stronger lives. And helping both develop healthy habits that honor God and the people they love.
Now, they want to help you.

They are willing to address issues at the root, not just the symptoms, because they truly want couples to experience the joy, unity, and strength that come from a healthy marriage. We are deeply grateful for the impact they have had on our lives and know many others will be blessed through their ministry as well.
